There is a saying, "Happiness comes from within".  Another saying about happiness is "folks are usually happy as they make their minds up to be. In all honesty I think no one knows the true meaning of happiness.  Happiness is what you make it. What is happiness and what is the true meaning of happiness? There are lots of definitions to the words happiness. In the dictionary, happiness means the state of being happy.  According to Wikipedia, happiness is a mental or emotional state of well-being which can be defined by, among others, positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy (Wikipedia 2018) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Happiness .  Social critic Mark Kingwell states, "everyone thinks they know something about what happiness is; very few people manage to convince anyone else that they are right ( Kingwell p.530)". On March 2018 a video was posted by a Ecuador news site Al' Di'a of a man at a gas station pumping gas he was accompanied by his children who were inside the car at the time playing with their cell phones. While the father was pumping gas the car exploded with the children inside.  According to news reports the cell phone and Wi-Fi signals caused the explosion.  It has been said that using cell phones while pumping gas can cause an explosion, but there has been no evidence to support this claim. The same video first appeared October 2017 from the same news site.  The video shows a car at the gas pump a man is pumping gas and a woman outside of the car there were no children inside the car. While the guy is pumping gas, the car explodes.  According to O Globo newspaper Erica Lima Thiengo Siqeuria 27 and Francisco Jose' Gomes da Costa were killed during the explosion. In everyday life we are faced with difficult situations for which we are forced to make complicated decisions which lead to positive or negative outcomes. One situation that I was faced with was when my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer.  I was only twenty at the time when my mom came home from her doctors appointment she sat my father, myself, and my siblings down and informed us that she had cancer.  At the time I was in shock, because I never thought that this could happen to someone in my family.  She expressed to us how she really needed our help because the next couple of months would be difficult because she would be out of work and she knew that my dad needed to work because bills in the house needed to be paid.  As we sat and discussed the situation she stated that she will have to have surgery and after the surgery she would have to have chemotherapy every other week and because my dad had to work she needed someone to take her.  My siblings and I agreed that we would take
